It was the most fabulous The Sleeping Beauty ever seen! Nina and Artem brought the house down on May 22, 2015!
Both are quite experienced Aurora and Désiré, but previously they never danced the ballet together. They have already performed the pas de deux from The Sleeping Beauty for Prague Ballet Gala in 2012, but, of course, the full ballet is an absolutely different thing.
The audience and dance reviewers often notice a very special chemistry the principals of the Bolshoi show on the stage when they dance together. No doubt, the Nutcracker and Romeo and Juliet where Nina and Artem perform the leading roles are the examples of the best of classical Bolshoi. Finally we could see them together in onŠµ more Petipa's chef-d'œuvre!
